Currently the online shop only caters for delivery to addresses within South Africa. International orders from certain countries can be placed and delivery charged separately.

International Orders

International Orders will be sent via the South African Post Office (Air Mail) and will include a tracking number. Once the delivery quote has been accepted, you will be sent a PayPal Request For Payment for the combined Invoice and Delivery amount. Insurance is available on request.

International Deliveries DO NOT qualify for the Free Shipping shown on selected products. All products shipped from South Africa to an international destination will be charged shipping. Shipping excludes any import taxes and duties charged by the destincation countries customs or postal service.


South African Orders

Order delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment. If your order contains a product which requires a longer shipment period, your order will be dispatched once all products are ready for shipment. Postage is handled by the South African Post Office. You may choose to use another courier service, in which case, we will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.

Where possible, shipment notification emails will be sent containing a tracking number and a link for you to track the delivery.

Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Insurance is not included with Speed Services and Courier deliveries unless requested. If you prefer delivery with insurance, an additional cost will be applied by the company providing the delivery. You may request insurance when the Custom Delivery option is selected during the checkout process.

The following delivery options are available:

  • Free Courier Delivery - Only available when ordering certain products. Look for the Free Delivery sign on the product page (South Africa only).
  • SA Post Office - Envelope - Only available for lightweight orders. This option excludes insurance.
  • SA Post Office - Counter to Counter (includes insurance for orders under R5000).
  • Speed Services - Counter to Counter.
  • Collection - After hours pickup (5 - 8pm : Available for customers in the Table View and surrounding areas).
  • Custom Delivery - Customer prefered Method of Delivery (Select this option if you would prefer another method of delivery. Courier delivery can be arranged - pricing starts from R75 and is dependant on dimensions, weight and destination of the order package).

If your shopping cart includes both Free Delivery products as well as those that do not qualify for Free Delivery, only products marked for Free Delivery are excluded from the delivery cost. All other products are charged the standard delivery rate based on the option selected during checkout.


Warranty/Damaged Goods Claims

Due to the nature of the products that we supply, improper use can result in a product breaking or functioning incorrectly, as a result, we do not offer a warranty on any of our products. Manufacturer warranties still apply with all the terms and conditions each manufacturer specifies for warranty claims.

Should you find that a product that you have purchased from is damaged or has problems of any other nature, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the relevant product. We suggest that you keep a copy of your invoice and waybill/parcel receipt for all purchases. Damaged products which fall within a manufacturer warranty and conditions, will be sent back to the distributor for inspection.

Should we receive a valid warranty or similar claim, reserves the right to repair, replace or offer store credit to the full value of the relevant product.

Returns Policy does not accept returns of any nature unless it falls under a valid damage goods claim. The customer shall be liable for any costs they have incurred during the return of any product.
